COMMUNICATIONS IS KEY

Communications with the Patient, Employer, Case Manager, and Third Party Payer must be ongoing, concise and complete. This is key to achieving desired outcomes.

REPORTS WITH EACH VISIT

The Employer and Third Party Payer will receive an electronic and timely treatment and Duty Restriction report following each visit

EXTENSIVE SUMMATIONS

The Employer and Third Party Payer will receive at least two extensive, electronic reports during the injured worker's care at our facility

TEAM APPROACH
